"If you want a knowledgeable realtor with a heart full of compassion and the ability to be aggressive as well to keep the process moving on your behalf, then you’ll want to select Jenene Philippi. We were buying a home through a Short Sale with which both the seller’s bank and our bank were dragging their feet continually from one phase to the next and she was on top of them getting them back on track and moving. The house kept going into foreclosure in the end because the extensions kept expiring. She understood our frustrations and did everything she could to help us. She even went out of her way/on her own time to meet with us day, night, weekday or weekend and even holidays to meet with us. If Jenene hadn’t been our realtor we would have given up on getting our dream home. We are now happy and it’s all thanks to Jenene."
